Your Quiz Result: You’re Overworked

The verdict: You’re not lost. You’re just running on fumes.

The good news? You’re not in the wrong place. You haven’t wasted your career. You don’t need to blow up your life and start over. What you need is to actually stop, not just a long weekend, but a real, intentional reset that gives your nervous system a chance to catch up with your ambitions.

Overworked burnout is real, and it’s serious. When you’ve been operating at full capacity for too long, everything starts to feel harder, greyer, and less worth it, even the things you genuinely love. That’s not a sign that your career is wrong. It’s a sign that you are depleted.

But here’s what I want you to sit with before you go: a lot of people who start where you are — thinking they just need a holiday or a lighter workload — discover something deeper once they slow down. Sometimes overwork is the surface. Misalignment is what’s underneath it.

So take the rest. Set the boundary. But pay attention to how you feel once you do. If the relief is real and lasting, great. If something still feels off even when the pressure lifts. That’s worth exploring.
